Mr Macaroni calls out Lagos State Commissioner for assaulting man
Nigerian actor and comedian, Adebowale Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, has called out the Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Toke Benson, for assaulting a man.
The Commissioner, in a video which went viral earlier today, shared by Saharah Reporters, was seen assaulting a man who tried to make a video of her.
Mr Macaroni, in a series of tweets, has berated the commissioner for her attitude, stating that Nigeria is not in a dictatorship.
He wrote, “Dear Mrs Toke Benson, who do you think you are that you can’t be recorded?? Ok. Commissioner? And so what??
“You even have the temerity to ask “who is paying your salary†Is it your money?
A public servant moving like a Dictator.
Saying you will break a citizen̢۪s phone and actually moving to do so?? Outrageous!!!
And I heard another lady asking “do you know who you are talking toâ€
Who are you? Who is she? Who are all of you gangan??? My goodness!!!
It seems once you hold a political office in Nigeria you become Lord and Master and all Citizens must become your slaves??
