EKSU lecturer calls student’s parent during lecture to report her
A video making waves on X (formerly Twitter) captures the moment a lecturer at Ekiti State University, EKSU called a student‘s parent during a lecture to report her conduct.
In the footage, the lecturer and the student stand before the class as the student hands over her phone.
Seconds later, the lecturer begins a conversation with the student’s sister, requesting to speak with their parent.
The lecturer can be heard saying:
“Hello, good morning, ma. I’m calling on behalf of Akeem Mosunmola. Do you know her?â€
“I’m one of her lecturers. Are you the one sponsoring her education in EKSU? If your father is with you, I’d like to speak with him. I need to report her.â€
