“People I helped in music industry betrayed me” â€" Skales

Nigerian artist, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, known as Skales has bemoaned how some people he introduced the music space betrayed him.

The Afrobeat artist took to his Twitter page to talk about some artists he helped push in the music space but ended up betraying him.

According to him, although these people betrayed him, God has been faithful to him and also remembers his good works.

He emphasized the importance of praying and trusting God in every situation, saying that it was the best advice his late mother gave him.

On his X handle, Skales wrote:

“One day I’ll sit down and tell you a story of how a lot of people turned their backs on me, including people I helped build up in this industry. But guess what? God never failed me even when I was isolated… Don’t you ever stop praying and trusting God with everything you’ve got… Best advice my mom gave me!!!”
