Moment prosecutor accidentally plays clip of naked woman in court during ex-Colombian presidentâs bribery trial

Video captures the shocking moment prosecutors accidentally played footage of a nude woman and another bizarre and unrelated clip during the trial of disgraced former Colombian President Alvaro Uribe.Â
Prosecutor Marlene Orjuela first played a video of a person of short stature dancing to music while holding a bottle of liquor, followed shortly after by an AI-enhanced video of a naked woman from porntubeclub.Â
Â

Her mistake sparked laughter from the judge as she apologized for selecting the clips instead of playing from a series of recorded telephone conversations related to Uribeâs case.
âYour Honor, my apologies. We wanted to show everything that [Diego Cadena] had sent, but we didnât foresee that this would happen,â Orjuela said with a chuckle.
âWe have 57 files consisting of videos and audio recordings,â explained Orjuelaâs colleague Luz Mireya Lopez, as the second explicit clip played.
As the victimsâ lawyers and the judge began laughing, Orjuela tried to keep her composure.
âMy apologies, Your Honor, but, well⦠itâs just thatâ¦Ã¢

Uribe, 72 â" who is on trial for bribery of witnesses in criminal proceedings and procedural fraud â" remained stone-faced as the clip was shown during the court session on Friday, March 7.
The prosecutor had intended to play a set of audio recordings of conversations between lawyers Juan Jose Salazar and Diego Cadena taken from Salazarâs cell phone.
Salazar and Cadena were both part of Uribeâs legal team and are implicated in his trial.
Uribe â" who served as Colombiaâs President between 2002 and 2010 â" faces up to 12 years in jail if found guilty of bribery, plus eight years for procedural fraud.
Colombian law allows for sentences to be served concurrently. Uribe denies all the charges against him, as reported by NeedToKnow.
The next hearing is set for Tuesday, March 11.
