Pastor allegedly jails man for exposing his fake testimonies

A Nigerian man has reportedly been jailed after exposing a pastor who allegedly hires people to give fake testimonies in his church.
This revelation surfaced after a woman who attended the same church was caught giving a false testimony, claiming she purchased a house worth â¦500 million.
This was disclosed in a post shared on the popular social media platform, X (formerly Twitter).
The incident comes shortly after the woman in question was exposed for lying about buying a â¦500 million house, attributing the purchase to divine blessings she allegedly received at the church.
The woman was said to have attended the church owned by Pastor Ebuka Obi, where she publicly testified that Godâs blessings enabled her to afford the multi-million naira property.
However, after her claims were debunked, a statement began circulating online, alleging that Pastor Ebuka Obi had previously arranged for a Nigerian man to be imprisoned for exposing his fake prophecies and staged testimonies.
Reacting to the situation, the woman took to social media and wrote: âThis is exactly what @IjeleSpeaks2 has been saying about Ebuka Obi. Itâs now been a year since Ebuka, with the help of some corrupt magistrates and police officers, threw an innocent man in prison â" all because he exposed the fake testimonies in Ebukaâs church.â
âThey kept him in prison for a whole year without taking him to court to prove his innocence.â
As the post gained traction, the woman also tagged several prominent individuals, drawing attention to the case.
The post quickly went viral, prompting many concerned Nigerians to flood the comment section to share their thoughts and reactions.
