âSometimes I wake up hot and Iâll wake him up like, âYou touched it, didnât you?â Heâs scared of the thermostat now.â
Michelle prefers âcool sheetsâ and a 68-degree room, while her husband, a self-proclaimed night owl â" gets told to âjust put on some socks.â
She also shared their evening ritual: dinner by 6:30 p.m., catch-up chats, and lights out by 8 p.m.
âMy head hits the pillow and Iâm out. No sleep aid needed â" just the pillow.â
