The Israeli military has confirmed that Iran has launched a large-scale retaliatory attack, deploying more than 100 drones toward Israeli territory.
 

“All aerial defense systems have been activated to intercept the threats,” said IDF spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari. “This is unlike anything we’ve experienced before â€" we are preparing for difficult hours ahead.”
 

The escalation follows a series of Israeli airstrikes on Iranian targets, prompting Israel to declare a national state of emergency.
