David Ajewole, an inspirational singer, has premiered his new single titled “I Am the Light.” According to the artist, “The song ‘I Am the Light’ was composed while I was reflecting on the struggles on people’s faces and how problems or difficult situations can weigh us down. I thought of how difficult it can be to push a vision and to let people know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. The purpose of this song is to convey that there’s hope, regardless of the situation.”
David Ajewole is a celebrated composer with an impressive track record, including composing the anthem for the Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan, and receiving recognition from the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development in Dubai. He’s also the proud winner of the Best Act in Diaspora (AGMA 21). The new song, “I Am the Light,” was beautifully produced by award-winning producer Ppiano for Distinct Music Productions.
