“Since I trained my wife in school, I’m also a graduate†â€" Odumeje
Controversial Nigerian clergyman, Prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje declares that he is a graduate because he sponsored his wife’s education.
Speaking during a church service, the self-styled “Indaboski†said he holds education in high regard and admires people who are graduates.
Odumeje speaks on sponsoring wife’s education
He asserted that since he financed his wife’s university education, he also qualifies as a graduate.
According to Odumeje, sponsoring someone through school is equivalent to obtaining the degree yourself because it requires hard work, sacrifice, and financial commitment.
He explained that his investment in his wife’s education means he shares in her academic success.

The pastor, known for his dramatic preaching style and bold statements, emphasized that education is a valuable tool for growth and empowerment. He encouraged his followers to support their spouses or loved ones in pursuing academic excellence.
