The interaction was revealed in a video she posted on TikTok under the handle @sochisoffly.
In the message, a man named Kelvin confessed that he liked her but expressed concerns about her profession. He suggested that being a flight attendant made her more likely to be unfaithful, describing flight attendants as “codeâ€'run girls.â€
Kelvin’s text read:
“Sochi, these past few months have been amazing. I can’t deny that I like you, but your career is something I’m not comfortable with. I believe flight attendants are just coded run girls, and I wouldn’t want my partner to be unfaithful. Just saying.”
The flight attendant, known online as @youlovesochima, responded by saying she has no intention of leaving her job, pointing out the money and effort she invested in her education.
She added that the message was laughable, writing:
“Jesus come oooo. A guy who doesn’t even know how much I spent in Aviation school tells me to quit my career because he loves me? Biggest joke of the century. These men really think they’re the prize.”
