The situation escalated after portions of a tense moment in their home were unknowingly captured during a live session, leading many to question the couple's safety and emotional wellbeing.
Over the weekend, during a live performance, the singer paused mid-show to address the situation directly, saying:
"Abeg make una nor vex again. Make una forgive me and my family."
The African Queen crooner also expressed concern for his wife, Natasha, who he said had reportedly been receiving threats because of the controversy.
