A man has shared his opinion about life in Houston, drawing a comparison with Lagos.
According to him, living in Houston feels similar to being in Lagos, just in a more organised and structured environment.
“If you live in Houston, Texas, you’re not living in America, you’re living in a glorified, organised and refined Lagos,” he said.
He added that the strong Nigerian presence in the city stands out, noting that “everywhere you turn, you hear people speaking Yoruba,” with Nigerian stores and restaurants widely available.
